What data we collect and why we collect it

Automated data collection

When you visit fastighetsklimat.se, we use Google Analytics to collect the following information about your visit;

  • the language you have configured in your browser
  • if you came to us from any other website (referral)
  • the links you click on our website
  • your IP address and your country of origin

We use the above information to;

On our website, you have the possibility to leave your name and phone number via a contact form to show your interest in our services. The data is only used to get back to you and is then deleted.

Company and personal data when ordering

For invoicing: When you order services or products from us, we collect company and personal data (company name, organisation number, first and last name, billing address, telephone number and email address) in order to complete the order and invoice for the service or product.

For the distribution of newsletters: The email address we collect when you place an order is used to send out newsletters to you as a customer. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in each mailing and by notifying us by e-mail.

For use in our CRM: Some of the company and personal data you provide will be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) software to facilitate contact with you and your company's employees. This includes your company name, first and last name, telephone number and e-mail address.

Apart from what you could read in the section above, we do not disclose your data to anyone else.

We keep your company and personal data as long as you are our customer.

What rights you have over your data

If you are a customer of ours, you can request to see what company and personal data we hold on you, including those you have submitted to us. You can also request that we delete any business and personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
