Systemet är enkelt och det innebär att ni inte behöver gå någon utbildning och ni behöver ingen tjock manual. Systemet är optimerat för att ni snabbt och enkelt ska kunna hitta det ni söker när ni behöver det.
When you book a subscription, you get a systematic approach to your technical manuals, reports, audits and inspections. If you then want to change our basic approach to sorting your documents, it is easy to rename folders and move the documents.
Safe operation and storage
We take security very seriously, which is why all traffic between your operational binders and our server is encrypted. This means that no one can read your files when they are sent to and from the document manager. Backups are made every day on our servers here in Sweden.
You choose how many administrators you want to have and as an administrator you can upload, move around and rename files and the user in the field can only read the documents. For extra security, you can add two-step verification, expiry date and password for shared links.
Flexible on all devices
Fastighetsdokument is a flexible system that works equally well on a computer, tablet or phone and the advantage is that you have all your documentation in one place. The easiest way is to put the login page on your home screens or you can put the login page with a button on your website.
Having all your technical manuals, reports, audits and inspections in order will make your daily work easier. Wouldn't it be nice not to have to search and instead have access to all your documents at any time of day, wherever you are?

Questions and answers
What is the advantage of having all documents digitally?
First of all, you know where all the documents are and that all documents are available wherever you are.
As an administrator, you can share the documents that, for example, your subcontractors need. This person can only read the documents and you decide how long the person should have access to the documents.
Is there any notice period for Property Documents?
Property documents have no cancellation period. We invoice the monthly cost three months at a time and if you notify us before the next three-month period, we will cancel your subscription. If you choose to have an annual subscription, the set-up cost and free support are included.
Does Property Documents have an app?
There are two ways to easily access the login page. You can put the login page on your home screens or you can make a button on your home page with the login page to your document system behind the button.
What file formats are available in Property Documents?
You can upload any file format and you can also restrict the file formats to be used. For example, if you only want it to be PDF files, we will set it up for you.
Where is the Property Documents server located?
Security is important to us, which is why we have chosen to have our server in Sweden.
